AZB & Partners Represents Independent Directors of Aster DM Healthcare in Proposed Merger with Quality Care India

AZB & Partners represented the Independent Directors of Aster DM Healthcare Limited (“Aster DM”), a listed company, in the proposed merger of Quality Care India Ltd with Aster DM. This deal values the combined entity at approx US$ 5 billion and is regarded as the largest healthcare deal in India. Our deal team comprised our Senior Partner Vaidhyanadhan Iyer, Partner Sneha Nagvekar and Senior Associate Sana Nagar, with support from Associates Abhinav Shankarraman and Manhar Chaudhary.
