AZB & Partners Represents Zuora Inc. on Acquisition of Togai

AZB & Partners represented Zuora Inc. on its acquisition of metering firm Togai, with a view to enhance its AI usage-based models. Zuora is a leading enterprise software company which creates and provides software for businesses to launch and manage their subscription-based services. Togai provides metering and rating solutions, and this acquisition will strengthen Zuora’s offerings. Our deal team comprised our Senior Partner Darshika Kothari, Partner Kunal Kumbhat and Associate Disha Mantry.
