AZB & Partners acted for Mars, Incorporated on its approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for its proposed acquisition of sole control of breakfast cereal and Pringles maker Kellanova (formerly Kellogg Company). This is a global deal that will change the way common man snacks.
