1. Briefly describe your practice.

I am a corporate transactional lawyer specialising in private equity, venture capital, and private M&A transactions, as well as supporting the firm's regulatory and white-collar crimes practices. I focus on providing legal counsel for complex business deals across diverse sectors.

2. You attended WLG | regional Bangkok '24– which session did you most enjoy and why?

At WLG | regional Bangkok '24, I found the session on 'How Allied Firms Can Serve A Client Together and Effectively' by Ms. Peangpanor Boonklum particularly engaging. Ms. Boonklum shared practical insights on managing client expectations when allied firms collaborate, drawing from her extensive experience working with different firms.

3. How do you plan to implement your takeaways in your work?

I intend to integrate effective management of client expectations by the firms involved - emphasizing the delivery of quality advice while maintaining clarity and communication, especially in a multi-jurisdictional mandate, will be pivotal. By adopting these strategies, I aim to enhance client satisfaction and optimize collaboration with other firms.

Participating in Women of World Law Group (WOW) events has been enriching, providing a platform to share experiences with fellow women lawyers and build strong professional relationships. I have successfully collaborated with women at other WLG member firms, fostering trust and facilitating meaningful interactions.

5. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

In my spare time, I enjoy reading and playing the guitar.
