1. Briefly describe your practice.

I am a corporate transactional lawyer advising on a wide range of M&A, PE, and VC transactions.

2. What topics related to corporate law do you look forward to discussing?

I look forward to discussing topics such as different practices and market standards between various countries and regions regarding M&A practices. I am also interested in exploring emerging issues like ESG and corporate responsibilities.

3. As a new Key Contact Partner, how do you plan to engage your firm in maximizing the opportunities and benefits of WLG membership?

As a new Key Contact Partner, I plan to actively engage our firm in the WLG network by building targeted collaborations and creating joint business opportunities. By leveraging WLG’s global resources, I aim to enhance our firm’s capabilities to better serve clients on multinational matters.

4. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

In my spare time I enjoy getting together with my friends, traveling, and reading as it helps me recharge. I also play Padel and have become quite addicted.
