EdgeConneX Obtains Strategic Investment From Sixth Street

Cuatrecasas has advised EdgeConneX, leading data center supplier focused on energy-efficient and sustainable designs for AI and large-scale storage clouds, on the process of Sixth Street's acquisition of a minority stake from EQT Partners's shareholding in the company.
