ERSM Acquires 45% Stake in Insurance Broker Albrok Mediación

Cuatrecasas advised ERSM Insurance Brokers S.A.U. ("ERSM”) and Söderberg & Partners on acquiring a 45% stake in the brokerage Albrok Mediación S.A., a transaction that strengthens its growth and geographical expansion strategy.

ERSM is owned by Söderberg & Partners, a leading European financial services company, which has just closed a new funding round of approximately €265 million with two of its strategic partners. After the new issuing of shares, Söderberg & Partners will continue to be controlled by its founding partners.

The new capital will be used to support Söderberg & Partners’ expansion in the areas where it currently operates, with a particular focus on the UK and Spain.
