Online Approval of Internal Labor Regulations and Certifications With SOL

Anny Ramos, attorney in Honduras expert in Labor Law, shares the following news on how with Ministerial Agreement No. 569-2024 issuance, the possibility of requesting approval of Internal Labor Regulations and requests for Certification issued by the General Labor Directorate is added to the services available in the "SOL” platform, thus simplifying the administrative procedure.  

The Ministry of Labor approved through Ministerial Agreement No. 569-2024 published on January 21, 2025 in the Official Gazette "La Gaceta”, the implementation of the ONLINE SERVICE SYSTEM "SOL” through the electronic address  https://sol.trabajo.gob.hn/ciudadano/#/inicio, for the online approval of the procedures of Internal Labor Regulations and the requests for Certifications issued by the General Labor Directorate, thus simplifying the administrative procedure.  

All requests for certifications to be submitted to the Secretary of Labor must be entered under this platform, which will automatically generate a correlative number that identifies the file and the year of processing. A "QR” code will be the validation mechanism for the verification of the authenticity of the Resolutions that are favorable or unfavorable to the issuance of an Internal Labor Regulation, as well as the Certifications and Certificates issued by the General Labor Directorate. 

The provision is effective immediately, so it is already at the service of any user of the Secretary of Labor.
