1. Briefly tell us about your practice.

I specialize in intellectual property disputes, mainly focusing on patent disputes. This includes patent infringement litigation, patent invalidation litigation, trademark infringement litigation, trademark invalidation litigation, unfair competition, etc. Before joining Zhong Lun Law Firm, I worked as a patent attorney, mainly handling Japanese, English, and German patents.

2. You're currently participating in WLG | beyond borders. What is something valuable you've gained from the experience so far?

In the Speed Networking session and pen pal activity, I met lawyers all over the world, and through talking with them, I broadened my views. The WLG | beyond borders program also organized participants to discuss some hot topics, such as ESG. I gained new knowledge outside my professional field.

3. If someone were to visit your country, what is a must-see/must-do?

The must-do is, of course, nucleic acid testing and entry quarantine. (Joke!)

There are many must-sees in China. China has a long history of about 5,000 years, and there are many famous cultural landscapes. The country has a vast territory with beautiful scenery that includes many mountains and rivers. In addition, China is a multi-ethnic country, and each nation has its unique cuisine. You can experience lots of good flavors.

4. What is something you're passionate about outside of law?

My major was mechanical and electronic engineering. I became a lawyer through self-study of law. Therefore, outside of law, I am interested in technological news, and I will especially pay attention to the development of science and technology. It is also helpful to my work since I am working with patents.
