1. Briefly describe your practice.
I am a partner in the Corporate M&A section at Chandler MHM and have been part of this team since my first and second internships here in the summers of 2010 and 2011 during my law school years. M&A is therefore naturally my area, but for the past 4 years I have also been doing anti-trust and trade competition and for the past 2.5 years data protection as well.
2. You helped with the WLG semi-annual conference in Thailand in the spring of 2016. How has WLG been a part of your practice throughout the years?
WLG has consistently been part of my networking and referral activity, as well as seeking out and sharing legal and administrative knowledge. I attended the bi-annual conference in Thailand and have attended some of the Asian Regional Conferences since then, in the process meeting many colleagues from different countries!
3. What are your hobbies?
I like home improvement work and also watching sports and documentaries. Documentaries actually provide a lot of insight into different industries and this expanded well-roundedness helps when it comes to M&A due diligence and contract drafting, as one can know the bits and pieces of insider knowledge that most people may not realize. This affords a significant advantage.
4. Have you had any recent client, marketing or other collaboration with a WLG member firm(s)? If so, please briefly tell us about that.
As a firm we always seek out collaboration with other member firms, whether as the originator of the project or joiner of their project. Recently Khun Jessada (Sawatdipong) is leading a project in collaboration with some WLG firms, and I personally have a long-time client that was originally introduced to us by our colleagues in Poland. Thank you!
