Qualitas Funds Finalizes Agreement to Join P10

Cuatrecasas advised Qualitas Equity Funds SGEIC, S.A. ("Qualitas Funds”), a private equity investment platform, and its founders on the agreement under which it will form part of P10, a leading US multi-asset class private markets solutions provider in the alternative asset management industry.

Qualitas Funds, with headquarters in Madrid, has an investor base of 1,300, including institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices. Under this agreement, P10 acquires all the shares of Qualitas, as well as its fee-related earnings worth USD 98 million. The founders (in 2014) and owners of Qualitas Funds will become shareholders of P10 together with the Qualitas Funds senior team.

This integration in P10 makes Qualitas Funds a reference fund manager internationally, enabling it to access a leading diversified platform for alternative fund management and private markets focused on the middle and lower-middle markets, and thus to continue to grow steadily.
