Recoletas Salud Secures €283 Million Sustainability-linked Financing

Cuatrecasas has advised Grupo Hospitalario Recoletas Salud on entering into a €283 million corporate financing agreement linked to sustainable development objectives. Throughout the process, with ING as sole coordinator, Recoletas Salud has managed to align the transaction with its strategic approach to sustainability from a social, environmental, research and training perspective.
