Sayenko Kharenko Acts as Legal Counsel to the Export and Capacity Building Consultation Project Participants

Sayenko Kharenko is proud to announce its participation in the Export and Capacity Building Consultation Projectю The project is implemented by the USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine. As part of the initiative, the firm will provide online consultations to enhance the export potential of Ukrainian companies, particularly those in the manufacturing sector.

The project will involve more than 300 Ukrainian entrepreneurs who will receive detailed advice on various aspects of exporting. Participants will benefit from expert advice on the following issues:

Customs clearance and other aspects of preparing goods for export.

Conclusion and execution of foreign economic contracts (except for disputes over the execution of contracts).

Product compliance with export requirements, including certification, technical regulation, labelling, licencing and other permits, and product safety issues.

Tax legislation.

Currency control and issues related to export payments.

Access to finance and investment for export activities.

Logistics issues related to exports.

This initiative aims to assist Ukrainian companies in expanding their presence in international markets, which is essential to developing a competitive economy.
