What advice would you give to a woman considering going to law school?

If you have the desire or interest to study law, pursue it. Law is a versatile subject. One who studied law may not necessarily end up practicing law and there are various career options.

What advice would you give to a young female associate looking to make partner/advance her career?

Build your network. Be a team player. Keep your focus and work hard.

As a woman, what do you think are the keys to success?

High EQ, self-motivated and hardworking.

How do you balance your career and personal life?

Accept that there is no perfect balance between career and personal life. Manage deadlines, find time to de-stress or unplug and spend time with loved ones.

How does gender diversity within a law firm benefit its culture, as well as its ability to service clients?

Gender diversity encourages exchange between different perspectives and promotes convergence of talents and ideas thereby enriching the culture of a law firm and enhancing its ability to service clients.
