What advice would you give to a young female associate looking to make partner/advance her career?

Make a plan well in advance (after three to five years as a lawyer): think about which steps are necessary, which influences in life could play a role and how your professional and private goals can be combined. The most important thing is that every woman is satisfied with her own personal journey.

As a woman, what do you think are the keys to success?

That we listen carefully, are reflective, and allocate our resources very well.

How can women support other women in their organizations?

By working with and supporting each other and forming a strong alliance.

What do you hope changes for the next generation of women lawyers in the practice of law?

Greater acceptance and visibility.
