China: Non-prosecution Compliance System Opens a New Stage of Compliance System Establishment for Chinese Enterprises

In April 2021, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate issued the Plan on Carrying out the Pilot Program of Corporate Compliance Reform, officially launching the second phase of the pilot program. In the new stage, compliance establishment will no longer be a passive implementation, but an intrinsic need
