On 1 June 2023, the royal decree issued under the Revenue Code governing exemptions of taxes and duties No. 763 B.E. 2566 (2023) was launched in accordance with the Thai’s cabinet resolution on incentives for the conversion of the Property Fund for Public Offering (the “PFPO”) to a REIT.
