Mexico: Official communication declaring the SARS-COV2 virus disease epidemic (COVID-19) a health emergency due to force majeure

The General Sanitary Council, exercising its powers as a sanitary authority conferred under the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States and the General Health Law, declared the COVID-19 a sanitary emergency due to force majeure.
