Portugal: Joins the 1980 Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods

On August 7, 2020, Decree 5/2020 of the Council of Ministers was published, approving the Vienna Convention of 1980 on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (the "Convention”), making Portugal its newest signatory state.
