India: AZB & Partners Acted for Ravindra Energy

AZB & Partners acted for Ravindra Energy in the construction of its recent solar power park in Solapur, Maharashtra in collaboration with Hyundai Construction Equipment India Private Limited for the supply of power to C&I (commercial and industrial consumers). This is a first of our projects where a ground mounted utility scale solar power park at self-identified site is being set to supply power under captive and open access models. The deal team comprised of our Senior Partner Anuja Tiwari, Senior Associates Mallika Anand, Pranjal Bhattacharya, Sumi Trivedi, and Associate Vikhyat Naresh.
