United States: Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank Failures

Following the two bank failures, the FDIC has stated that shareholders and certain holders of unsecured debts are not protected. The FDIC has identified a buyer for Signature Bank and extended the deadline for the sale of Silicon Valley Bank.
