Thailand: SEC Amendment to Staking Service Restrictions

Previously, in the custody of their clients’ digital assets, digital asset business operators were prohibited from using their clients’ digital assets to seek benefits for others or for the clients themselves, as well as depositing them with a custodian that intended to lend out the digital assets.
