Thailand: Stay Ready for the Full Implementation of the New Land and Building Tax System

A new land and building tax collection system was launched in 2019. However, due to the incompletion of the property appraisal system and other relevant databases and the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the tax collection system has not been fully implemented.
