Dispute Resolution

Members of World Law Group's Dispute Resolution Group handle a wide range of dispute resolution matters, from cross-border commercial and investment disputes to international arbitration and mediation. They appear before the highest courts and tribunals across jurisdictions, and many of them have served as arbitrators or mediators in complex international proceedings.

They collaborate for cross-border clients across industries and sectors, and together have achieved victories in court and settlements out of court.

The litigators, arbitrators, and mediators that are part of the group meet virtually several times a year to exchange information on developments in their respective jurisdictions, and share experiences in appearing before courts and tribunals. The group has hosted virtual events on topics such as arbitral awards by jurisdiction and climate change litigation, and has collaborated with other practice groups on topics such as employment-related disputes with the Labor & Employment Group and patent litigation with the Intellectual Property Group.
