Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)

The Environmental, Social & Governance Group is for member firm lawyers who counsel clients in drafting ESG policies, sustainability reporting, compliance with environmental regulations, ESG considerations with M&A transactions, green development projects, human rights due diligence on supply chains, or any other ESG-related issue that presents a risk or opportunity for companies.

Members of the ESG group meet virtually on a quarterly basis to discuss the regulatory landscape across jurisdictions, and share knowledge in this evolving area.

If you are a member firm lawyer who practices in financial services, energy, technology, real estate, or any other area helping clients chart their ESG strategies, this group is a place for you to discuss regulations, opportunities, challenges, and best practices for ESG as a client service.
