Restructuring & Insolvency Resolution

World Law Group's Restructuring & Insolvency Resolution Group brings together restructuring, distress, and commercial specialists who have vast expertise advising domestic and cross-border clients across a wide range of industries in distressed situations. They represent financial institutions, investors, distressed companies, asset purchasers, insurers, and sureties on creditors' rights and in structured transactions, commercial litigation, loan workouts, out-of-court restructurings, and bankruptcies. Members of our group routinely collaborate with colleagues in the debt finance, private equity, and corporate practice areas, as well as colleagues in a variety of industry and regional groups, so our group is interdisciplinary by nature, and we welcome visitors from other practice groups.

The group meets quarterly via virtual meetings to highlight new legal developments in their respective jurisdictions, exchange ideas on emerging trends and solutions, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
