Peru: New Measures For the Suspension or Reduction of Corporate Income Tax Prepayments

Due to COVID-19’s impact on national economy, the Peruvian Government requested legislative faculties on tax matters. Legislative Decree No. 1471 was published on April 29th, 2020 to address the suspension or reduction of Corporate Income Tax prepayments.
