We work for a sustainable future. The best way for us to do that is with our knowledge and in close cooperation with companies that can develop the required new and efficient solutions. Therefore, we have developed the collaboration programme, BB Impact. With BB Impact we work determinedly with some of Denmark's talented startups to fulfil the 17 UN Global Goals for sustainable development through innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.

As a startup with a sustainable vision, you may have the good idea, perhaps a ready-to-go concept and plan of action, and you are almost ready to enter your market. For many startups, however, it may be a great challenge to be on top of the legal details. It may thus be difficult to get started and take that important step closer to the dream of a successful startup that will make a difference in the world.

BB Impact is the name of our collaboration programme, focusing on sustainable startups working determinedly for a better world. The objective is sustainable business that directly underpins one or more of the 17 UN global goals for sustainable development. And we help them along with what we do best – our legal counselling and business understanding.

A chance to get off to a good start
For many start-ups there is a great challenge in finding the way through legislation and provisions and trying to understand everything from labour law, tax, contracts and intellectual property rights to company law. It is a time-consuming, challenging and difficult task, and as such it is often not prioritised, but it may have vast repercussions if it is approached from the wrong angle.

Our BB Impact partnership spans broadly within all aspects of commercial law. The partnership offers start-ups, which often have limited resources for legal assistance at the set-off stage, the opportunity to get off to a good start.

The partnership process
As a BB Impact partner, your startup must work determinedly to reach its goals and hence contribute to sustainable development. In return, Bech-Bruun offers you 50 hours of free legal advice to help your business get off to a good start.

As a BB Impact partner, you will also be offered legal advice on a continuous basis at a distinctively reduced hourly rate and with the option of deferred payment.

This is how you apply for BB Impact partnership
To apply for BB Impact partnership, your startup is required simply to work determinedly to fulfil one or more of the 17 UN Global Goals for sustainable development.

Fill out this application form if you wish to become part of the BB Impact partnership programme. We generally process applications twice a year.
