Spain: Sacyr Sells Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales to Morgan Stanley

Cuatrecasas has advised Sacyr Servicios, a subsidiary of Sacyr (BME:SCYR), on the sale of Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales to a fund of Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, for €734 million. The sale, subject to obtaining the necessary authorizations, is expected to be closed in the last quarter of 2023.

The transaction will enable Sacyr to take an important step forward in achieving the objectives set out in its 2021-2025 Strategic Plan and also continue promoting its concession businesses.
