India: Sale by L&T and CPPIB of L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited

AZB & Partners advised Larsen & Toubro Limited on the sale by Larsen & Toubro Limited and CPPIB of their entire shareholding in L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited to Epic Concesiones Pvt. Ltd., a portfolio company of Infrastructure Yield Plus II, an infrastructure fund managed by Edelweiss Alternatives. The transaction value is approximately INR 27,234 million before closing adjustments and other terms of the transaction.
