Thailand: SEC’s New Rules on the Digital Wallet Management System for the Custody of Digital Assets and Cryptographic Keys

The Thai Securities and Exchange Commission issued notifications on 15 and 19 December 2022, which became effective on 16 January 2023, requiring digital asset business operators that provide custody of clients’ digital assets to establish and implement a system for managing digital wallets.
