Thailand: Financial Statement Submission Postponement

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic situation, the Department of Business Development (“DBD”) issued a Notification on 3 May 2021 allowing certain entities which operate their businesses in Thailand to extend the period for the DBD e-filing submission of their audited financial statements.
