In September, the Build-OperateTransfer Law Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) Committee approved the Revised 2022 IRR of Republic Act No. 6957, as amended by
Republic Act No. 7718, otherwise known as the BuildOperate-Transfer (BOT) Law.
