United States: Department of Labor Issues New FMLA Leave Forms and Requests Public Comments

In June, the U.S. Department of Labor released several revised forms supporting certain qualifying reasons for employee leave under the Family Medical Leave Act. We detail the good and "not-so-good" features of the new revisions.
