AZB & Partners advised WWD Ruby Limited (“WWD”) on its stake sale of 3,030,215 equity shares, aggregating up to INR 4,172.90 million, in Sapphire Foods India Limited. The sale took place on the floor of the stock exchanges via the screen-based trading platform.
