China: Zhong Lun Advises on Structure Therapeutics’ IPO on Nasdaq

On February 3, 2023, Structure Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: GPCR) announced its initial
public offering and listing of American depositary shares on the Nasdaq Global Market.
The total offering size will be approximately USD 161.1 million prior to the exercise of
the over-allotment option. Jefferies, SVB Securities, Guggenheim Securities and BMO
Capital Markets acted as the joint bookrunners for this offering. Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the PRC legal advisor to the issuer in this offering.
