China: Zhong Lun Assists Airbus in Establishing a Joint Venture in Chengdu China to Operate China’s First Aircraft Lifecycle Services Project

Zhong Lun, as the Chinese legal advisor to Airbus, end-to-end comprehensive legal services for this project. The JV will create and operate services center(s) in China for commercial aircraft second life services, providing one-stop services for various types of aircrafts ranging from aircraft parking and storage to maintenance, upgrades, conversions, dismantling and recycling services for customers located in China and other Asia-Pacific regions.
